Hey everyone, after sickness, traffic accidents and life in general I’ve finally got back into a regular training routine. It’s hard when you get knocked off track, but that’s life and it happens. You just have to accept that the best plans can get railroaded from time to time.
Anyway, Week 1 of my new program is down and I’ll start another fast tonight and train again tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted on the progress of my fasting.
